Profile

The Human Resources Trainee will support the day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources team across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and core HR operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing directly to people operations and organizational effectiveness. This role will be based in Hyderabad, work from office, for a duration of 6 months as a trainee role, with a potential PPO based on performance

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and candidates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and documentation efficiently. 
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes like sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates and HR documentation. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee records and sensitive information. 
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Candidate of B.Tech / BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA / PGDM / Any equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or completed).

Good to have

  • Prior internship, project work, or coursework related to Human Resources, recruitment or people operations.
  • Familiarity with sourcing candidates, interview coordination and applicant tracking workflows.
  • Exposure to employee engagement activities, internal events or HR operations support.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, compliance processes and documentation standards.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, reporting and maintaining HR databases.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction and joining formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and related documentation accurately.
  • Support the preparation of HR letters, reports and internal communication documents.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives, internal events and team activities.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and other routine HR operational requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure proper handling of HR data.
  • Provide support in policy implementation, compliance-related activities and process coordination.
