Profile

The Sales and Marketing Associate (Intern) will contribute to business growth and brand visibility by supporting sales outreach, market research, client engagement, and marketing initiatives across digital channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to business development, brand building, and go-to-market execution in a dynamic, AI-focused startup environment. This role will be based in Hyderabad, work from office, for a duration of 6 months as an internship, with a potential PPO based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

  • Good organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, market research, lead generation, and business development workflows.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters, and content-led outreach.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics, interpret data, and suggest improvements.

  • Candidate of BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA / PGDM / Any equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed).

  • 0–1 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related internship exposure.

Good to have

  • Prior internship, project work, or coursework related to sales, marketing, business development, or brand management.

  • Exposure to market research, lead generation, client outreach, or partnership development.

  • Familiarity with preparing presentations, proposals, sales collaterals, and business reports.

  • Understanding of content creation such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, or social media posts.

  • Previous exposure to AI-based product companies or technology-driven startup environments will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new market opportunities across industries, markets, and potential partnerships.

  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and digital channels to introduce TensorGo’s offerings.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through online and offline channels.

  • Support the design and execution of sales strategies, outreach plans, and business development initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations, demos, proposals, and supporting business materials for client engagement.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and outreach activities.

  • Assist in creating marketing content including blogs, social media posts, case studies, and newsletters.

  • Help manage TensorGo’s online presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platforms.

  • Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, and creatives.

  • Track branding and campaign performance metrics, and share insights on engagement, reach, and outcomes.

  • Document client interactions, maintain sales records, and share relevant feedback with internal product teams.

  • Support senior team members in negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure activities.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries.

  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and learning opportunities to stay updated on market trends and strengthen sales approaches.
