Human Resources Trainee

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to the end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires. 
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. 
• Support in drafting HR letters and reports. 
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events. 
• Assist with attendance tracking as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
• Provide support in policy implementation and compliance-related activities..

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in assigned projects.
