AI Engineer

Profile

We are looking for a highly driven AI Engineer to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions across products and internal systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to independently own projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced startup environment, experiment rapidly, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications.
• Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, chatbots, AI assistants, and automation
  systems.
• Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration
  frameworks.
• Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate AI capabilities into web platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and deliver
  AI-driven solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative implementations.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, testing standards, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI
  agents.
• Experience with APIs, backend integration, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• More than 10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
