Founder’s Office Intern

Profile

The Founder Office Intern will play a critical role in supporting the daily activities of the founder and executive team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on high-impact projects and directly contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Assist the founder with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communications.(functional, regression, API, and security).
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
• Project Management: Manage and track progress on various strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the founder and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key projects.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the founder with any additional tasks as needed, ranging from administrative duties to strategic brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Should be from B.Tech background with strong organizational skills.
• Should possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  
• Previous internship or work experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
