As a Sales and Marketing Associate (Intern) at TensorGo Software, you’ll play an active role in driving business growth and strengthening our brand presence. From researching markets and engaging with clients to supporting digital campaigns and content initiatives, you’ll get end-to-end exposure to sales and marketing in a dynamic, AI-focused startup environment.

Requirements

• Contribute ideas for brand positioning and storytelling across digital channels.

• Assist in creating marketing content (blogs, posts, case studies, newsletters).

• Help manage online presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platforms.

• Coordinate with design/content teams for collaterals (presentations, brochures, creatives)

• Track branding metrics and share insights on engagement and reach.Research and identify new market opportunities across industries, markets, and partnerships.

• Reach out to prospects (calls, emails, meetings) and introduce them to TensorGo’s offerings.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through online/offline channels.

• Support the design and execution of sales strategies.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals.

• Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and outreach.

• Document client interactions and share feedback with product teams.

• Assist seniors in negotiations and deal closure.

• Track performance metrics, proposals, and outcomes.

• Analyze data and suggest improvements for sales processes.

• Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports.

• Participate in industry events, webinars, and learning opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends to strengthen sales approaches.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Having previous exposure in AI-based product companies is considered advantageous.
